Personal information

Unless the buyer agrees otherwise, the seller can only obtain and store the personal data that is necessary for the seller to be able to carry out the obligations under the agreement. The personal details of buyers under the age of 15 cannot be obtained unless the seller has consent from parents or guardians. The buyer's personal data must only be disclosed to others if it is necessary for the seller to complete the agreement with the buyer, or in statutory cases.

When you make a purchase at rotation.no, we ask for the following data:

We only use your personal data to be able to process your order.

When we use personal data in the online store, we do so with your consent, and all information you give us is used exclusively to ensure the best possible shopping experience. E-mail addresses that we have received with your consent in connection with sending out the Newsletter will remain on the list until you yourself wish to unsubscribe or ask us to do so. All information is confidential and processed in accordance with the applicable personal data legislation.

We only use third-party systems to analyze how visitors to our website act. Rotation.no also collaborates with Klarna, MailChimp, Vipps, Zettle, PostNord, Fiken, WooCommerce. These systems use personal data on our behalf, and do not have the opportunity to pass on any information.

The person responsible for personal data at rotation.no is the general manager and owner.

Information given to rotation.no will NOT be given or sold on to any third-party actors, and we do not store any sensitive personal data.

You have the right at any time to gain insight into the data we have on you, and also to request that it be deleted (or you can always do it yourself at the bottom of our newsletters).

The seller can only obtain the buyer's social security number if there is a material need for secure identification and such collection is necessary.

If the seller wants to use the buyer's personal data for other purposes, for example to send the buyer advertising or information beyond what is necessary to complete the agreement, the seller must obtain the buyer's consent at the conclusion of the agreement. The seller must provide the buyer with information about what the personal data will be used for and about who will use the personal data. The buyer's consent must be voluntary and given by an active action, for example by ticking or signing up.

The buyer must be able to easily contact the seller, for example by phone or e-mail, if he or she has questions about the seller's use of personal data or if he or she wants the seller to delete or change the personal data.

The rules for personal protection have been drawn up according to the new law, GDPR, which comes into force on 25 May 2018.

We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions. If we make major changes, we will draw attention to this in the online store.
