Returns & Cancellations

From the time you receive the item, you have 14 days to cancel. Before exercising your right of cancellation, we recommend that you read the information below.

You can register your return at retur.rotation.no , where you have the opportunity to get a QR code that you can use to send the package from a Posten Norge Post Office. (Note that NOK 89,- will be deducted from your order for the return shipping)

(note: the return shipment must be sent to our address, unfortunately we are not able to collect shipments from the pickup location)

We recommend that you use the packaging that the item was shipped in to return it. This is because we do not tolerate damage to the shoe box. We need the item back in the same condition that you received it in.

We do not accept used products. To exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us in the same condition as when you received the product. If you wish to try on the product, we recommend that you use a blanket or similar to reduce any signs of wear. All accessories such as laces, shoe boxes, etc. must be included. When it comes to clothing, no labels or tags must be broken, and the clothing must be in the same condition as when you received the product.

How does switching work?
- You send the item back to us via the shipping label (completely free of charge when exchanging)
- As soon as the item arrives at our warehouse, we will send you an email asking which item you would like to exchange for.
- As soon as we get a response, we will pack and send you a new pair.

(PS! For a faster exchange, you can order a new pair yourself, but we would like you to inform us so that we do not charge you a return fee with an error in the order you send back)
